There is no exact science to matching support workers with participants. We consider the needs and goals of the participant, the frequency and duration of supports, and worker preferences. Our aim is to ensure the best possible match by keeping these factors in mind. We also rely on feedback from participants and respect their choice and control if they prefer a different support worker.
We do not offer standalone transportation services. However, transportation is available as part of our social and community participation supports with our support workers.
We adhere to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which you can be found here.
All our services are covered under the Assistance with Social & Community Participation support category within the Core Supports budget of your NDIS plan.
