NDIS SERVICES

Assistance with social and community participation

Building independence, together

We’re here to assist or supervise you to participate in social and community activities — whether it’s attending appointments, doing your shopping, running errands, or enjoying local events and experiences. Our dedicated support workers provide one-on-one support and transport, either on a regular schedule or as a one-off.

Benefits you can count on

Our support helps you build confidence, connect with others, and access your local community your way.

Grow your independence

Learn to do more on your own — from making decisions about your day to joining in the community with less hands-on support. We’ll help you take each step towards greater self-reliance.

Develop social skills

Improve how you communicate and connect with others. Build friendships and feel more comfortable in everyday social settings.

Access the community safely

Go out and enjoy your local area with a support worker you can trust. Whether it’s shopping, running errands, or enjoying local events — you’ll feel safe every step of the way.

Boost your confidence

Try new things and build self-belief in different settings — social, public, or day-to-day. Confidence grows when you feel supported.

Stay in control

You decide who supports you, where, and how. We’re here to back your choices, not make them for you.

Try new things

Discover new interests, events and places that spark your interest. Explore what’s out there — with the right support by your side.

There is no exact science to matching support workers with participants. We consider the needs and goals of the participant, the frequency and duration of supports, and worker preferences. Our aim is to ensure the best possible match by keeping these factors in mind. We also rely on feedback from participants and respect their choice and control if they prefer a different support worker.

We do not offer standalone transportation services. However, transportation is available as part of our social and community participation supports with our support workers.

We adhere to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which can be found here.
